914 m² Ninja Park Project in Gansu, China
Delivered project · 3D design renderings shown · China (Gansu)
This 914 m² ninja park in Gansu, China was designed and equipped by NinescapeLand, a factory-direct indoor playground equipment manufacturer based in Wenzhou. The palette is warm cream and caramel-orange, and the programme blends sports and family play: slam-dunk trampolines with a START/FINISH ninja course over a foam pit, a climbing wall, a multi-level maze platform with rotating panels, and a role-play town of car-repair, princess, supermarket and kitchen houses laid out along grey toy roads. For operators planning a trampoline and ninja venue with strong toddler and party business, this is the reference layout.

Background & Site Conditions
The hall is a broad rectangle entered through a brown-orange arch with bulb lighting. Reception, a curved sofa and the claw machines sit by the entrance behind full-height arched glazing, which keeps the venue visible from the street. The plan concentrates the sports programme — trampolines, ninja course, foam pit, climbing wall — in one dedicated room, so noise and ball spray never reach the role-play town or the dining area.
The client runs parties and toddler classes alongside open play, so the plan reserves the far end for a dining area, two party cabins and a birthday banquet hall with a long dark-wood table and star chandelier — a segment that in second-tier Chinese cities often out-earns the ticket gate.
Layout & Zoning

Grey roads with zebra crossings carry the main circulation from the entrance past the role-play street to the ball pool, with the sports room and the party/dining block at the two ends of the loop.
- Ball pool & slides — white-orange-cream pool with a spray column, orange tube slide with transparent sections, straight slide and stair tower with light-string railings.
- Maze platform — multi-level cream frame whose rooms are divided by rotating panels — children open their own route — with porthole windows and a striped crawl drum.
- Trampolines — grey square beds with two dunk lanes plus a group of round beds inlaid in the platform.
- Ninja course & foam pit — orange foam blocks under a balance beam, with START/FINISH wall markers and gear decorations.
- Climbing wall — orange-framed panel with blue-white holds and target centres.
- Role-play town — car-repair garage with lift prop, pink princess house, supermarket with scales and shopping carts, and a kitchen house — all fronting the road.
- Sand pool & toddler — white grain pool with toys beside the play street, fenced and shaded by an arch.
- Learning corner — magnetic fruit trees and Fun Knowledge touch screens with a bookshelf and small tables.
- Party & dining — two party cabins, a birthday banquet hall, a water-bar with curved sofas and a dining area.
Why this arrangement: the sports room is acoustically separate, which lets the cafe and birthday hall keep a calm atmosphere — the usual failure mode of combined venues is trampoline noise next to party tables. The rotating-panel maze is deliberately placed above the ball-pool approach, so the platform’s second level is both an attraction and a bridge. And the role-play town faces the entrance glazing: in a street-front location, toddlers at play are the cheapest advertisement there is.

Design Trade-offs
Two choices matter here. First, the ninja course lives in the trampoline room rather than the main hall: it needs constant line-of-sight supervision, and one court marshal can cover trampolines and course together. Second, the learning corner (fruit trees, touch screens) takes space that could have been more trampoline — but it converts weekday mornings into class revenue, which is exactly the gap trampoline parks suffer from.
Materials & Safety
- Cream and caramel-orange soft padding on every platform edge, column and pool rim
- Rotating maze panels and all openings in rounded soft-clad profiles
- Ball pool fenced by cream round-top posts with curved soft panels
- Beige dotted sports flooring with grey road inlays and zebra markings
- Glow-ring pendants, arc light ribbons and bulb-string railings on low-heat LED circuits

FAQ
What makes this a “ninja park” rather than a normal playground?
The sports core: slam-dunk trampolines, a timed START/FINISH obstacle course over the foam pit, balance beams and a climbing wall — programmed and supervised like a sports venue, with the family town wrapped around it.
How do trampolines and toddlers coexist here?
Physically separated: trampolines, ninja course and climbing sit in their own room behind padding, while the ball pool, role-play town and sand pool stay in the main hall for under-6s.
What are the rotating panels in the maze platform?
Pivoting soft walls that children turn to open a path — they make a fixed platform feel different on every visit and cost far less than powered attractions.
Is the party block worth the floor area?
In second-tier Chinese cities, usually yes: two cabins plus a banquet hall let the venue sell 6–10 parties a day on weekends. If parties are not your model, the block converts to a bigger dining area or extra play.
Can this layout be adapted to another region?
Yes — the zoning skeleton (sports room + town + party block) scales from 500 to 1500 m². Send your floor plan via our contact page.
